Hello, this is J.K.M, a dancer who likes and studies body movements and works as a fitness instructor
My fitness class will be easy and fun so that anyone of all ages can follow along.
Through healthy stretching and exercise, beautiful posture and movements can be improved,
and the body's stability and balance can be enhanced to prevent injury accordingly.
It is a class that can improve the quality of life as well as correct posture for modern people
who are always sitting in their daily lives.
In my class, it’ll be shown you how diverse exercise can be, whether at home, with no equipment or even if you are sick.
Let me show you how strong we could all be regardless of your age.I’ve learned exercises in a hard way but will teach you in the easiest way.
STRETCHING & FLEXIBILITY CLASS
This class is suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered to decrease or increase intensity of each pose.
There will be an emphasis on proper form and alignment,
which are designed to help improve posture and increase range of motion and mobility in our everyday lives.
Daily stretching is proven to reduce muscle tension and increase blood circulation throughout the body,
so this class will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
